A wide variety of musical opportunities are available through the Music Ministry of SHBC.
The music in our worship service is led by Craig Johnson. Under his direction the Adult Choir shares music in the 10:30 Sunday service while soloists and ensembles supplement the 8:00 Sunday service. The Senior Adult Choir brings a selection once a month at theSunday evening service and ministers monthly at a Nursing Home in the Independence area.
Several instrumental ensembles are formed utilizing the talents and abilities of many of the congregation members. If you have musical ability (or are wanting to grow your musical ability) then there is a place for you to serve Christ at SHBC!
